Food waste biomaterials developed during the Biomaterial internship with Dr. Caterina Sposato (Design the Future) - The agriculture waste was utilised to resolve food packaging issues especially for fruits and for street food vendors using disposable plates having no access to waste management. Eventually featured in Design wanted magazine.
